There are churches claiming to be New Testament but they actually reject the Holy Spirit ministry of apostles and prophets and gifts falsely claiming those days needed with Apostles. There are many Spirit filled churches but they are “seeker friendly” without gifts of the Spirit operating and instead of apostles and prophets they only pastors with yes men boards so become churches John warned about 3 John1 Diotrephes.
